Return Policy

ROCK Robotic Hardware:

All Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

25% restocking fee for items that are new, unused and available for immediate resale.

50% Restocking fee for items that need to be sold at a discount due to un-intact packaging

No Return for installed, damaged, or non-resalable items not covered by warranty.

Deductions from our invoice or back charges for unauthorized work or materials will not be accepted.

ROCK Robotic Software return policy:

ROCK software is non-refundable after purchase.

For DJI Products:

Drone Nerds is fulfilling DJI Products. All repairs and maintenance will need to go through Drone Nerds.  For the latest policy information go here https://www.dronenerds.com/policies/

For Emlid Products:

An RMA number is required before a return may be processed.  Returns must be in like-new condition, including all pieces, parts, documentation and original packaging in order to receive credit.  Shipping charges, import taxes, and duties are non-refundable.  The Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and any associate charges such duties and taxes.     

Returns on most equipment accepted up to 30 days from date of payment.  Upon inspection, a re-stocking fee will apply.
